At 50K Vape, customer satisfaction is our priority.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase or receive a defective product, we are here to help.
Please read the refund & return guidelines below.


Return & Refund Eligibility

We accept returns or refunds under the following conditions:

✔ Defective or damaged items
✔ Incorrect items received
✔ Missing items in your parcel

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.


Non-Eligible Conditions

We cannot offer returns or refunds in the following cases:

✘ Used products
✘ Non-quality issues
✘ Damage caused by customer misuse
✘ Products returned without contacting us
✘ Clearance / Final sale items

For hygiene & safety reasons, opened or used vape products cannot be returned unless defective.


How to Request a Refund

    • Order number
    • Product photos/videos
    • Description of the issue

  3. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and guide you through the next steps.


Return Shipping

If the product needs to be returned:

• For defective/incorrect products → We cover return shipping costs
• For non-quality customer requests → Shipping costs are covered by the customer

Please return items in original packaging whenever possible.


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Depending on the bank/payment channel, processing time may vary.


Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before shipment.
If your order has already shipped, cancellation is not available.

Please contact us ASAP if you need to cancel.


Damaged / Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or missing accessories:
• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Provide unboxing photos/videos

We will arrange replacement or refund accordingly.


Package Lost in Transit

If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will:
✔ Re-ship the order
or
✔ Issue a full refund


Warranty

Warranty only covers manufacturer defects.
Damage caused by misuse, wear and tear, or unauthorized modification is not covered.
